Small is big is the philosophy behind most Michelin starred restaurants, but this turn of the century restaurant in San Remo has gone to great lengths to cultivate everything, that is served in their restaurant. By turning a wild plot of coastland from 750m above sea level into their own farm;everything here is organically produced, including the wine.
All of their Ligurian based dishes are specifically matched with organically grown vegetables, as well as their own organically reared and fed produce. You can expect the likes of Octopus with garlic and paprika, suckling lamb with crispy artichoke and lavender, and Veal Genovese Cima.
